Let’s put it this way: NL has always been a little slow to learn things. It’s still not his fault if he makes a mistake though.
In every game you play that’s randomly generated, you are given a RANDOM item (The Binding of Isaac) or a RANDOM level layout (Spelunky).
He can’t helps whether or not the level layout is trickier for him, making it harder for him to find a way NOT to get hit. Same with TBoI, he can’t help it if he gets shitty items. It’s just the luck of the draw.
