Is the animation really that jerky in the game or is it somehow your camera or upload?

when you first star playing the game for the very first time it says arcade and something else, arcade has the red bouys in the water

Ignore the rude remarks! Some people have nothing better to do than put others down who are trying to help people out. I am watching this because I can’t figure the game out. Just a question though. Where did the red marks come from in the water? I have this game but don’t have those red things. Thanks.
