The GBA had the worst shovelware, the DS has a lot, same with the PS2. Don’t you get it people? Popular consoles=shovelware. Who cares about shovelware anyway, don’t buy theme if you don’t like them.

The Nintendo Seal of Quality (currently Official Nintendo Seal in NTSC regions) is a gold seal first used by Nintendo of America, and later Nintendo of Europe, displayed on any game, system, or accessory licensed for use on one of its video game consoles, denoting the game has been properly licensed by Nintendo (and, in theory, checked for quality)

that’s not true at all, the whole point of the seal of quality during the nes days was to prevent compaines from releasing crap games on their system. It was to protect consumers from unlicensed garbage games. So when you went to the store and saw a game with the nintendo seal of quality you felt safe with your purchase.
