Pretty much agree here. The actual concept of the story was pretty good. It was the main chatacter that ruined it for me. I just wanted to smack that guy. Also there was very little in terms of gameplay that made it worthwhile. Always climbing up a tower gets really repetetive. It’s 2012 and we can expect a bit more. Some variety would have helped a lot.

i agree to an extent. when you have a whiny character, you better have a reason that isn’t the character’s own fault, and you better have a reason to find sympathy for him and want to give him some help from the situation, but when its the character’s own fault, you wont have any sympathy for his situation. thats what this game is: a bunch of forced faults of the main character who lies over and over. the gameplay is fun, but its fairly repetitive, and its the only thing that saves this game.

That’s exactly what l’m saying, concepts can be weird but as long as the games are fun to play, who cares, right?

Maybe then the game wasn’t able to draw me in enough to emphasize with the character. And that’s pretty much the point. I didn’t consider the game much fun. You are right to some extend when you accuse me of not playing the game. I was bored of it after two hours and quit. The difficulty is not the issue, but I expect a game to suck me in enough and make me want to beat it. The main character is whiny in my opinion.
