I believe the proper word is homage because only people from the 90’s who remember that show and shows the creators respect fans both young and old

you know, Terrafin reminds me of a cartoon show where some people get mutated with Shark DNA and become man sharks that fight crime and the people are stuck as man sharks until they can find a way to cure themselves.
