I just dont understand why people are saying that one Disgaea can be bad? Disgaea 1 had so much less to over then the newer titels. I love every part of the series and even own Makai Kingdom and Soul Nomads so i guess know what im talking about.
I recommend Disgaea 4 and every other titel of the series. Of course its cool for “retro” too as the older titels use lower graphics, which has it own charme.

I have 400 hours playtime on the first Disgaea alone, so i got that as a preorder xD.
this convinced me to buy digaea 4 for my ps3
