I recently lost my password for my EA account, so I emailed EA using the exact steps below. They then sent me a password and they asked me for my login details and when I logged in I had been given a whole new team and 1,000,000 coins.
1) Send an E-Mail to (Exactly) = [email protected]
2) EA should then reply giving you a new password.
3) Enjoy your new team and spend your coins however you like 🙂
P.S-.
Your new team should then be added to your club 🙂
