sorry, man. its just too old of a game. if it was 2001, id totally be on your side. ryu sa2 vs dudley only happens in the corner. and dudley can tech roll to avoid it. its not really that cheap. rebalancing the game would make it completely different; i wouldnt be able to practice at home and then go to the arcade and play because it wouldnt be the same game.

Improve fighting chances abit. A re-released game is attemoting to gain a new audience. The reason why that audience might have not existed in the first place is partly because of Yun,chun,ken .

you have plenty of time to bufer the super. and after the UOH hits, you can visually confirm and then push whatever button is requierd for the move/super
