The petition carries the signature of 92,000 fans that are very eager for the adaptation of the RPG in the PC.
The request came after the release of the video game on the Xbox 360 and the PlayStation 3. Many players consider that a PC release of Dark Souls will be better as the game belongs among the best games in the role playing games genre. From Software and Namco Bandai have quickly responded to the request of the fans by releasing the Prepare to Die edition of the Dark Souls. This edition of the video game has a more enhanced PvP version and the introduction of the new area of Artorias of the Abyss.
This initiative of From Software and Namco Bandai is a very nice move and it only means that they are listening to their millions of passionate fans around the world. These new features at the Prepare to Die edition of Dark Souls will provide a brand new level of experience to the gamers but the balance of the game still remains.
Daisuke Uchiyama, the producer of Dark Souls at Namco Bandai said in a statement that the PC version of the video game will be their gift to their loyal fans around the world. The PC version of Dark Souls will be released in August 2012 which includes several features like NPCs, equipment, enemies and bosses.
Many of the gamers worldwide are anticipating and excited as well on the release of the video game later this year. But the wait will be worth it as this video game is one of the best in the RPG genre.
