You missed the shop at the 5 minute mark. You could have went in through the secret room. That’s the only thing that annoys me when I watch people playing is if they miss silly stuff I get so OCD about it!
Run: trolololol

You have to run into any troll bombs you see, mega or non, until you see the “trolololol” message in the bottom right, then you can run. Start with bomb bag
Challenge: The Basement vs Isaac
Character: Isaac
Items: HP+ 3
Conditions: Follow the phases of the Isaac boss. At half health, get Tammy’s head with infinite use. At 1/3 health, get the halo, loki’s horns, the holy grail, number 1, and crack in the sky. You cannot pick up any items except fir health upgrades. You also cannot pick up health, unless it is a health upgrade.
Win: defeat Isaac or Blue Baby with all of the allowed items.
