Max Payne, without a doubt, was one of the most highly awaited PC games of 2001. When the Xbox version was announced, many gamers wondered how the game would run on Microsoft’s console. The game has arrived, and it is safe to say it has lost very little in the translation. Greg Kasavin gives you the lowdown in this video review. “It’s an outstanding and original action game that’s not just different from all other shooters to date, but also in many ways superior.”
0:07.; The 2nd nightmare level you go into where you run through Max Payne’s daughter’s bed-room & there’s all that blood on the wall & the floor & the trail you had to follow as you hear her crying in the back-ground scared the shit out of me when I first got the game when it first came out & it still does, to this day.
Even the scream you hear when you over-jump in the trail of blood & you gotta start, all over, again.

huh this looks realistic? good old rockstar stuff gotta love it.
Did anybody else notice that almost all the gameplay footage was from the 2nd level where you kill the guys in the train station? (my least favorite level)
