There’s very few options at all. The only control options are choosing from the 3 preset control schemes: Wii Remote, Wii Zapper style, and Nunchuk style. (Those are the names they are called in game.)
So, to actually answer your question lol, there is no aiming calibration and the reticle is always on, sorry.

lol There might be some recoil with some of the machine guns. But it’s certainly not a lot. That would be a cool feature to add into a gun peripheral, actually.
