Dark Souls is a From Software-created and published RPG for the PlayStation 3 platform in Japan. Namco Bandai has internationally published this video game for both the Xbox 360 and PS3. It is announced that a version of Dark Souls will be released this August 2012 for PCfollowing the release of the game on the PS3 and Xbox 360 platform due to the expressive demands of many gamers.
In response to the demands of the gamers, Tony Shoupinou, administrator at Namco Bandai answered that the possibility of a PC adaptation of the Dark Souls is possible as the video game isn’t a 100% conventional console game and asked the gamers to make a petition. The gaming community has quickly responded to this call and early on January 2012, a petition which was signed by 92,000 individuals was submitted to the Namco Bandai administrator.
