No you cant the xperia play does not play psp games you cant play the games downloaded from the psn store. you can however, create backups of your disk games or you can google ps1 roms and download them some will work with the fpse emulator while others may not there is a thread on xda developers that allows you to use the native psone emulator that sony included to play the downloaded games. sorry this lengthy i hope it is clear lol
