A brief tour of The Biggest Loser on the Wii. I basically just run through all the menus, glance at the descriptions of most exercises, and do a very basic workout. All-In-All, for this quick look, I was pleased with what I found. More videos to come. This video has been sped up so you will obviously not be able to understand the speaking, but if I didn’t speed it up, it would take 40 minutes to watch it all. you cant lose 20 lbs in 3 weeks. The healthiest and most you should lose a week is 2 lbs a week max… that equals to maximum 8 lbs a month. Losing any more than that is very harmful and dangerous for your well being.
you need the wii fit board to stand on for it to weigh you.
