The Biggest Loser Wii – Quick Look

A brief tour of The Biggest Loser on the Wii. I basically just run through all the menus, glance at the descriptions of most exercises, and do a very basic workout. All-In-All, for this quick look, I was pleased with what I found. More videos to come. This video has been sped up so you will obviously not be able to understand the speaking, but if I didn’t speed it up, it would take 40 minutes to watch it all.     I have it and by working out on it 3 times a week, plus the challenges, on moderste 20 minute workouts I have lost 20 lbs, in 3 weeks.
