yeah you can do the same on PS3 plus the Karma powers make it twice as better

The Sims 3 Is Better On Pc It Fucking Sucks On The Wii, Xbox 360 But On Computer Its Better You can Have Babys, Toddlers, child, teen, young adult, adullt, elder and your toddler you can teach how too crawl & ect. Get It On PC( :
