At this point I really dont think I can take it, so I might sit out the next generation 🙁 The only modern systems I want are the 3DS and maybe the WII..

Great points, i agree with you. Nowadays its all about the money and companies like EA, Capcom and even Square Enix doing a lot of BS with DLC. I hope the next generation we see better lifespan for consoles, something i reckon Nintendo has never really had an issue with. Subbed

I hope you have a NES or SNES, those will survive a nuclear-war! So a machine like that will give you awesome gaming experiences until the end of time 🙂 But I totally argree with your comment.

Dude I feel your pain but nowadays its all about the money. I remember back in the day people would borrow/lend other people their cartridges in order to play different games. Nowadays everybody is buying the same games and disks are so fragile that lending them out is risky. Not to mention DLC, updates and lockings, game installs etc.

I have taken some precautions to prevent overheating since my last Red Ring Of Death, but I don`t think it`s a system that will last….
