It is running on realtime and there was some playcontrol/playability available on this presentation. You might find some other YouTube clips to show it… However, just to think how much work Nintendo will have to do for making whole big Zelda game at this visual quality makes me think that wii are going to have to wait 5 or 6 full years for the actual release.
