    @aidan456456 They’re working on those. I went to a science fair last year, and there was a large hollow sphere that you walk inside wearing a VR headset. An experimental prototype, if you will. However, I lost all sense of direction when I tried it out; inertia made the sphere continue to rotate, and I felt like I would trip if I didn’t walk faster. The fundamental setup needed major changes – it just has a long way to go…plus, it was meant for future military sims. Civilian use? Not for ages.

    I just got a pair of Vuzix 310s for $99, and I really hope they don’t have that same problem that these did. Although the 310s are a few years younger than these, so I’m hoping these problems have been ironed out. The 310’s actually have a lower resolution which is much closer to the actual resolution of something like a Genesis or SNES, so we’ll see how that goes.
